According to the National Association of Realtors®, 77% of buyers’ agents say that staging makes it easier for buyers to visualize themselves living in a home.
Since the benefits of staging have a direct impact on listing performance, virtual staging was developed to give you an alternative to traditional staging. This virtual staging is rapidly growing because it is cheaper, faster, and easier than physically staging a home -- and boasts similar results
Virtual staging can get people interested and in the door. Once in, however, they may be disappointed as they look at empty rooms, not the beautifully-staged ones they saw online. Snap2Close recommends that you make prints of each staged room and have them framed and placed in your listing so that buyers and easily see the possibilities of how the room best utilized.
Additionally, we recommend that you add a note to the bottom of your listing’s MLS description stating that some of the rooms have been virtually staged. Plus, when you upload your photos to MLS we suggest that you show the original vacant room immediately after the virtually staged photo.
Also, unless the client request us not to then Snap2Close will add the following text to the bottom of each virtually staged room: “This photo has been digitally staged to show you one of the many possible ways to decorate this room.” This is compliant with ARMLS Rule 8.23. PHOTOGRAPHS, RENDERINGS, FLOOR PLANS, FILES, VIDEO, MEDIA.
Snap2Close offers 5 different virtual staging furniture styles from you to choose from. Each style has hundreds of pieces of furniture so it would difficult to show those here. However, you may select one style or multiple styles. For example, many Realtors will want a combination of Modern, Scandinavian and Urban/Industrial while others may choose a combination of Traditional and Farmhouse. The most popular virtual staging choices today appear to be primarily Modern/Contemporary with a splash of Scandinavian and Urban/Industrial thrown in or Restoration Hardware.

Snap2Close will first deliver all of your photographs to you through your custom Dashboard. Each photograph's file name will include the property address and a number. For example: 1234 Main St -05. Once you have received your photos you must decide which photographs you want to virtually stage. Once decided you will need to send us an email to Admin@Snap2Close.com and include the file name numbers that you want to staged. Beside each number request a furniture style or combination of styles. Listed below would be examples of what you would include in your email.
1234 Main St -5 - Contemporary/Modern or Scandinavian
1234 Main St -8 - Scandinavian or Urban/Industrial
1234 Main St -14 -Traditional
1234 Main St - 17 -Farmhouse or Traditional
