What is a Reel?

A reel for real estate is a quick look at a property and can include photos, videos and trending music to capture a viewer's attention. It is a 30 second - 1 minute clip featuring vertical photos and/or video clips along with your contact information, logo, and head shot. It is optimized for your use on platforms that require vertical video such as Instagram or TikTok. Reels are typically used for branding and marketing purposes on social media platforms.

All Reels will be viewed in a vertical orientation, so videos and photos will be 1080 pixels wide and 1920 pixels tall (an aspect ratio 9:16).

We have four different tiers that we offer. (Note: The samples below for Tier 1 through 3 have been selected from a variety of photoshoots. Orders you would place would have all images captured at your listing location and resized to fit our website. The Tier 4 sample is from one photoshoot..)

A sped up walkthrough of the main areas of the home edited together and sped up. This includes music, text and your contact information. The length of this reel is closer to 1 minute depending on the size of the home. We try and limit reels to under 1 minute.
