Snap2Close uses only the highest quality professional full-frame cameras and lenses to capture superior photographic images. We also put a great deal of importance on shooting interiors at 22mm to 24mm wide-angle and not the ridiculously ultra-wide lens settings used by many of our amateur competitors that make smaller rooms appear larger than they actually are. Snap2Close exclusively uses HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography techniques.
High Dynamic Range real estate photography is a technique used for both exterior and interior shots which turns photographs into vivid and clear images. While our competitors only shoot three shot brackets HDR, Snap2Close shoots seven to ten shot brackets. These extra brackets create more light variances, which means we can produce higher quality photos.

Zillow 360° Tours cost less and link affordable 360° panorama photos together with navigation to tour a home. The images are captured via a Ricoh Theta Z1 camera, a high quality full frame sensor, two lens 180° camera that stitches the images together. While the Ricoh camera does a great job of image capture, Zillow downgrades the images to allow for faster upload.
