Pet Policy for Residential Photography

At our company, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers while also ensuring the safety and comfort of our photographers. As such, we have a pet policy in place for homeowners who have pets in their homes during our photography sessions. Here are some important points to keep in mind regarding our pet policy: 

1. Securing Pets: If your homeowner has pets in your home, we kindly ask that them to secure the pets while our photographers are present. This is to ensure the safety of both our photographers and their pets. 

2. Homeowner Presence: If the homeowner or you are not able to be present to secure your pets when our photographers arrive, we will not proceed with the home photography session. It is important for homeowners to make arrangements for their pets before our scheduled appointment. 

3. Photographer Allergies: Some of our photographers have cat allergy issues. To ensure a comfortable working environment for our employees, we will inquire about pets in the home during the ordering process. It is crucial that homeowners answer this question honestly and accurately. 

4. Late Cancellation Fee: If our photographers arrive at your home and are unable to proceed with the photography session due to unsecured pets, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $99. Additionally, the house will not be photographed on that day.
