Options for the Architectural 3D Rendered Videos

This Architectural Rendered 3D Video is a perfect solution for homes that are cluttered or where the owners are still packing, as well as for luxury properties. The video is created using a 2D floor plan, which is then mathematically restructured via architectural software into a 3-dimensional view. The computer system then virtually stages the new 3D Floor Plan. This process can take approximately 36 hours to be completed, but the results are worth the wait.

These videos can be provided in three formats:

  • Horizontal (Standard) HD Video (Speed ramps available to move the video at a quicker pace)
  • Vertical (Social Media) HD Video (Speed ramps available to move the video at a quicker pace)
  • Horizontal HD Tracking Video (Moving ball to follow the path of the camera on a Floorplan)

Note: The virtually staged furniture, wall colors and flooring styles are automatically generated for each plan. Music to each video can be provided.
