Commercial photoshoots are priced at an hourly rate of $150 per hour. Our invoice is based upon the hours the photographer spends onsite. This allows us to provide a customized quote for each project, taking into account the specific needs and scope of the shoot.

Our commercial photo pricing is $5.00 per photo, which includes our premium editing services. We ensure that each photo meets the highest standards and is ready for use in marketing materials, websites, and other promotional materials. For magazine-quality edits, the pricing is $15 per photo, reflecting the additional time and expertise required for these specialized edits.

In addition to photography, we also offer videos, interactive floor plans, and 3D tours. Our editing fee for videos is $95 per per hour, ensuring that we can provide high-quality, professional edits to showcase the unique features and amenities of commercial properties.
