Our staff comprises some of the best real estate photographers and videographers in the county. Since our founding in 2016, our quality reputation has helped us grow to service more than 1,800 clients in the Phoenix Valley Market. Now we are expanding to Tucson, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and New York City.

Our media services include HDR and Flash Photography, Walkthrough and Pro Home Tour Videos, Matterport 3D Tours, Zillow 3D Tours, Floor Plans, Interactive Floor Plans, Aerial Drone Photography and Videography, as well as customized special media services, such as Flyer Designs and Print Material.

Photographer and Visual Media Specialist

Snap2Close is currently looking for professional luxury Photographers, Videographers, 3D Tour Creators, and Licensed Drone Pilots in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Nashville.

As a Snap2Close Real Estate Photographer you get to focus on what you love – the photography, videos, 3D tours and drone work. We will handle the business! Our staff handles everything including all scheduling, image processing, client communications, image deliveries, client billing, and other administrative and logistical tasks.

Your responsibility includes photographing the property on time, shooting really terrific photos, and uploading them to our servers. No marketing, editing, or accounting!

We pay a percentage of the total price of the package ordered by the agent. More details will be provided after initial contact.

Contractor Requirement:

• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Available at least 2-3 days a week and with a flexible schedule.
• Professional appearance on all photoshoots. (no t-shirts allowed)
• Own a FULL FRAME DLSR or Mirrorless Camera and either a 14-24 mm, 16-35 mm or 17 to 40 mm lens.
• Reliable high-speed Internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Quality Assurance Team

The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for the inspection of deliverables, enhancement creation, and delivery to clients by the deadline. This position is fast-paced, teamwork-oriented and deadline sensitive! Your day will be spent reviewing images, creating enhancements, documenting image issues, and working with the administrative office and team members to ensure our deliverables the up to the highest standards.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect images to ensure consistency and integrity of visual media
• Create and deliver all Product Enhancements such as Photos, Videos, Floorplans and Virtual Tours.
• Identify ways to improve any deliverables that may need modification/improvement
• Ensure all clients receive their product by the deadline and the product is within company standards
