Managing Your Notification Preferences on Snap2Close Portal 

At Snap2Close Portal, we understand the importance of staying informed 
about the status of your orders and listings. That’s why we offer a variety of notification options to keep you updated on the go. Here’s how you can manage your notification preferences: 

  • Accessing Notification Preferences: To customize your notification settings, simply navigate to the PERSONAL SETTINGS section on the left menu and click on Notification Preferences. 
  • Available Notification Types: You can choose to receive notifications for arious events such as Order Confirmation, Listing Delivered, Appointment Rescheduled, and more. 
  • Email and SMS Options: For each notification type, you have the flexibility to decide whether you want to receive the updates via email, SMS text messages, or both. 
  • Customizing Your Preferences: By default, all notification boxes for email and SMS text are checked. To tailor your preferences, simply uncheck the notification categories that you do not wish to receive updates for. 
  • Saving Your Changes: Once you have made your selections, be sure to save your preferences to ensure that you receive notifications according to your chosen settings.
