No Access and Property Readiness Policy 

At our company, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a change in plans. However, it is important to note our policies regarding late cancellations and property readiness to ensure a 
smooth and efficient process for everyone involved. 

Late Cancellation Fee:

If for any reason we are unable to access the property for a scheduled appointment, our photographers or office will make every effort to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes, we will unfortunately have to charge a $99 late cancellation fee. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to the scheduled appointment to avoid this fee.

Property Readiness:

To ensure that our photographers can capture your property effectively, it is crucial that the space is prepared before the scheduled appointment. If we arrive and notice that the property is not in a suitable condition for the photo shoot, such as being messy, in the middle of moving, or having cleaners present, we will need to reschedule the appointment. In these instances, please be aware that a $99 late cancellation fee will apply.
