How long to you store media? 

The various types of media captured by Snap2Close are stored according to the following schedule:

  • Photos
  • RAW Photos: Images captured by the photographer at your property location are stored for 14 days.
  • Delivered Photos: Edited images delivered to you after the photoshoot are stored for 1 year on Snap2Close cloud drives.
  • Floor Plans: Floor plans are stored by Snap2Close for 1 year. CubiCasa also retains storage, but the specific time factors are not defined by them.
  • Interactive Floor Plans: These are hosted and stored for 1 year.
  • Videos:
  • RAW video clips captured by the photographer are hosted for 14 days.
  • Delivered videos are stored for 1 year on Snap2Close cloud drives.
  • Zillow 3D Tours:  Zillow stores 3D Home tours indefinitely on their servers or until the tours are manually deleted by the user or the property is sold.
  • Matterport 3D Tours: Matterport stores all 3D tours on their servers, but they are Archived six months after capture. Clients have the option to extend the active hosting time by paying an annual fee of $49.
