How accurate are your floor plans?

At Snap2Close, we use CubiCasa floor plan software and LiDAR-equipped devices to create floor plans that are 97-98% accurate. It’s important to note that these measurements are of the interior space of each room and should not be used to obtain the total square footage of a home. Exterior measurements are required for that purpose.

Our floor plans are designed for marketing purposes and serve as a helpful guide for homeowners to understand the flow of the home and approximate room measurements. According to a Zillow survey, nearly 80% of buyers are more likely to view a home if the listing includes a floor plan they like, and over 70% of buyers say a dynamic floor plan would help them determine whether the home is right for them.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends Report 2024 shows that online presence is vitally important, and floor plans are considered very important by buyers. Over 97% of those surveyed view floor plans as useful or very useful. According to Zillow, a floor plan is the second most important feature on a listing and correlates highly with capturing potential leads.

Our 2D standard marketing floor plans include all the details of each room, and we provide real estate agents with plans with or without dimensions. Additionally, our packages include print-ready versions of the floor plans and a comprehensive home data report. We also offer a package upgrade for a GLA (Gross Living Area) plan, which is popular with appraisers.
