Does the real estate agent need to be present at the photoshoot

At Snap2Close, we understand the importance of capturing the best features of a home through professional photography. To ensure that we provide the best visual media for your listings, we highly encourage the presence of the real estate agent or homeowner at the beginning of the photoshoot. Here’s why their presence is crucial.

  • Description of Best Features: The real estate agent or homeowner can provide valuable insights into the unique and best features of the home.  Their input can guide the photographer to capture these aspects effectively.
  • Special Photo Requests: If there are specific areas or features that the  agent or homeowner wants to highlight, their presence allows them to request special photos to be taken of those areas.

In the event that the agent or homeowner cannot be present, we request that they provide any special instructions for the photographer. This ensures that their vision for the listing is communicated effectively.

Additionally, it is essential for the house to be “photo ready” before the shoot. We offer helpful documents on home preparation, and if assistance is needed, Snap2Close provides concierge services to ensure that the property is perfect for professional photos.

Ultimately, our goal is to deliver the visual media that you require to showcase the property in the best possible light. We value the collaboration and input of real estate agents and homeowners to achieve this goal.
