Do you offer Virtual Staging?
Snap2Close provides three different levels or platforms for virtual staging.
- A.I. Virtual Staging: Snap2Close, in collaboration with Aryeo and Zillow, offers cost-effective A.I. virtual staging services. This innovative technology, created at Harvard Labs, allows you to access this budget-friendly option for just $5 per image. However, a drawback of A.I. virtual staging is that the current technology isn’t sophisticated enough to replicate the same furniture and its arrangement across multiple photos of a room.
- Advanced (Co-Piloted) Virtual Staging: This “Advanced Co-Piloted” Virtual Staging approach uses AI to efficiently scale and place professionally designed 3D furniture bundles into a room, which significantly reduces the time and cost involved. Following the AI placement, staff members manually fine-tune every single object—adjusting its size, rotation, and position—to ensure the final images are realistic and high-quality.
The most unique benefit is the “Co-Piloted” feature, which empowers you, the client, to select the exact furniture templates for each room, leveraging your superior knowledge of the property, the neighborhood, and potential buyers. This process ensures the final staged images are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically targeted, offering what the sources describe as the “best of both worlds” - Professional 3D Modeling Virtual Renovation and Staging: For virtual renovation and staging, 3ds Max, by Autodesk, stands out as the optimal solution due to its superior quality and flexibility. This high-end 3D modeling software empowers specialists to digitally recreate and furnish entire rooms, yielding photorealistic images that accurately depict textures, correct lighting, shadows, and reflections. A significant advantage is the ability to achieve perfect proportions by precisely measuring and adjusting virtual furniture, floors, appliances and walls that are crucial for showcasing a property’s true capacity.
Beyond its visual fidelity, 3DS Max offers substantial time savings. While traditional staging can take weeks, this technology allows realtors to list properties online much faster, often delivering flawless final images within a few working days as scenes are quickly assembled and multiple views can be rendered automatically. Furthermore, this format boost buyer engagement and provide comprehensive details to potential clients.
