Are the images High Definition (HD)?

At Snap2Close, we understand the importance of high-quality images in the real estate industry. That’s why we o er two different quality levels for the images we deliver to our customers. Here’s what you need to know about our image quality options:

  • Print Quality: Our print quality images are perfect for creating flyers and other marketing materials. These photos are typically 5472 pixels wide by 3648 pixels high at a density of 300 pixels per inch, ensuring crisp and clear prints for your marketing needs.
  • Web and MLS Quality: We also provide a compressed version of the images specifically designed for the web and MLS. These images are 2048 pixels wide by 1365 pixels high at a density of 96 pixels per inch, optimized
    for online viewing on high resolution computer monitors.

It’s important to note that our Snap2Close Property Websites utilize the larger web quality images at the 96 pixels per inch density, ensuring that potential homebuyers can view the highest quality version of the photo.

Additionally, most MLS systems will reduce the image size and pixels per inch. For example, ARMLS and NTRIES downsizes the images to 1024 pixels wide by 765 pixels high at a density of 72 pixels per inch.

Lastly, our Snap2Close portal download feature allows you to download custom-sized images, giving you the flexibility to specify the width and height of the images to meet your specific needs.
