Snap2Close uses an easy and convenient process to schedule a photoshoot or occupied-staging for your listing and we have prepared two quick video tutorials to may want to watch before scheduling your photo shoot. Please click the links next to the title to view the tutorials.
If you prefer to bypass the video tutorials then simply click the "Click here to start" button at the bottom of this screen. If you are a first time client then click on the button at the bottom of the next screen that says "Sign Up and Start a Project Today"
Returning clients merely need to login with their email address and password. If you have forgotten your password you will find a "Forgot Your Password" reset link below the Login button.
NOTE: When you arrive at our online calendar showing availability do not worry if you do not see a date or time that meets your requirements. Many of homes we photograph are vacant and on lockbox and our schedule can be sometimes be adjusted to accommodate your needs. Simply use the mini calendar below the larger calendar where you can request a time and date that meets your requirements and we will do our best to make it happen.
As real estate photographers, videographers, and floor plan & 3D Tour creators we have an approximate time required for each of our tasks. When scheduling your photoshoot please keep these time concepts in mind. Also, for a larger home, we frequently schedule two and sometimes more photographers to expedite the time in the home.
Silver Package: 50 minutes per 1,000 square feet
Gold Package: 95 minutes per 1,000 square feet
Platinum Package: 160minutes per 1,000 square feet
For smaller homes and condos less than 2,000 sq. ft. you should need to add 15 minutes setup time and another 15 minutes (30 minutes total) to repack and depart. Please have your clients turn off all ceiling fans and be sure that all light bulbs are turned on and working. Our staff will turn off all lights upon departure.
