Creating Your Password for the New Client Portal Software

When we transferred your customer information to our new system we were not able to access your password. That is your discreet password and we do not have access to that information.

To correctly set your password then please follow these instructions. Please click this link to correctly add your discreet password.

Next, click the “I have an account” box.

Then enter your email address. If your email address is in our system then you will view a Password field. Below that is a “Forgot your password?” link. Click that link and the system will send you an email for you to create your password.

If you do not see it then look for it in your spam folder or other folders in your email system. On my Gmail account it was posted under “Updates”.

This email’s link will be active for 60 minutes.

Be sure to click the “Remember me” button before signing into your account. Once this is done then you are good to go.
