We also understand that some homes may need additional photos to cover special features located at the property. For example, if the home has a Sport Court or Tennis Court, you may want to add more photos to your order.

Cost is $5 per Image

Lifestyle/detailed photos are essential for creating a compelling narrative that captures buyer interest and increases a property’s appeal. These images effectively showcase a home’s functionality, design, and style, helping potential buyers visualize how the space fits their lifestyle.

Offered as an add-on to our services, Lifestyle Photos are a valuable opportunity for clients to enhance their marketing materials and highlight the unique characteristics of their vacation rental properties or homes for sale. See examples below.

Professional photos are available for on-site shared amenities such as pools, clubhouses, and playgrounds, provided they are located within three blocks of the property.

Important: For amenities located within locked or fenced areas, please provide the key location in the “Special Instructions” section of your order form.

Note: This is a highly recommended addition for homes in condominium and townhome communities.
