Drawing on years of real estate photography experience, Snap2Close determines the approximate number of images for a home. This number varies based on the property’s square footage.

We also understand that some homes may need additional photos to cover special features located at the property. For example, if the home has a Sport Court or Tennis Court, you may want to add more photos to your order.

Lifestyle/detailed photos are essential for creating a compelling narrative that captures buyer interest and increases a property’s appeal. These images effectively showcase a home’s functionality, design, and style, helping potential buyers visualize how the space fits their lifestyle.

Offered as an add-on to our services, Lifestyle Photos are a valuable opportunity for clients to enhance their marketing materials and highlight the unique characteristics of their vacation rental properties or homes for sale. See examples below.

Professional photos are available for on-site shared amenities such as pools, clubhouses, and playgrounds, provided they are located within three blocks of the property.

Important: For amenities located within locked or fenced areas, please provide the key location in the “Special Instructions” section of your order form.

Note: This is a highly recommended addition for homes in condominium and townhome communities.

Community photos and videos are essential for real estate listings because they sell a lifestyle rather than just a structure, helping buyers visualize their daily lives in the neighborhood. These assets build emotional connections, establish trust, boost online engagement, and differentiate listings in competitive markets.

• Emotional Connection & Lifestyle: Photos of local parks, charming cafes, and bustling town centers help buyers imagine themselves living in the community, not just living in the house.
• Showcases Amenities: High-quality imagery of community features like pools, gyms, and walking trails communicates added value.>
