Marketing Kit Overview

The HDPhotoHub Marketing Kit is a suite of tools designed to help real estate agents create and manage social media content. Key capabilities and features include

Content Templates: The kit includes over 30 social media vertical reel templates, 20+ vertical stories, and 12 landscape posts. These templates include both standard real estate assets and seasonal options, such as Spring and Mother's Day themes

Customization: Templates are highly editable, allowing users to select or remove specific photos from a shoot, designate a lead photo, and update status labels (e.g., changing "just listed" to "sold")

Video and Slideshow Creation: The kit supports the creation of slideshows and allows users to integrate 30-second AI-generated parallax videos into their marketing materials

ARMLS/FlexMLS Uploads

With the launch of the Arizona Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) Certified Photographer program, agents can now authorize professional photographers to directly manage and upload media to their MLS listings. This qualification procedure ensures that real estate photographers can securely access FlexMLS to streamline the listing process, removing the administrative burden of media uploads from the agent.

When entering a new listing or updating an active one on ARMLS, you can easily designate Snap2Close or Charles Taylor (under "Charles Taylor Snap2Close") as your Certified Photographer. This option is found within the "Listing/Seller Members" category under the General tab in FlexMLS. Once selected, Snap2Close receives an automated email notification from the system alerting them that they have been added to your listing.

Upon receiving this notification, the Snap2Close team logs into FlexMLS using their secure, certified credentials. They will then upload all of your property media, embed videos and 3D Tours, and add the Virtual Tour (unbranded property website) link directly to your listing, ensuring your property is professionally and fully presented on the market.

Zillow Showcase UPloads

As a Zillow Partner, Snap2Close provides the professional media capture and technical integration required to qualify listings for Zillow Showcase.

Agents simply invite Snap2Close via email as their showcase media provider. Snap2Close then uses their professional Aryeo account to upload the required assets—ensuring the first submission contains the Zillow 3D Home tour link and at least 10 photos representing three distinct interior rooms to instantly activate the listing.

The Snap2Close Zillow Showcase Package has been bundled to give you a price discount. The package includes our Silver Package and a Zillow 3D Tour. Included in this package is our direct uploads to Zillow
