• Return Shoot Fee: Snap2Close appreciates the occasional need for a return trip to photograph a newly decorated room or when the flowers are in bloom. This order includes up to 10 new photos for those occasions. Additional photos are invoiced at $5 per photo.
  • Late Cancellation Fees: Photographers charge late cancellation fees to compensate for lost income, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to rebook time slots, and they often turn away other potential clients. These fees cover lost earnings and are priced at 35% of the scheduled photoshoot if the cancellation is less than 24 hours the selected date and time. 100% of this fee is paid directly to the photographer.
  • Ownership of Media: Your marketing rights for the purchased media allow you to use the media to market your listing, yourself and your brokerage. It does not allow you to sell the media or transfer ownership to someone else. If you choose to pay the $100 Ownership fee then you are free to use the media in way you wish.
